When should I launch on Product Hunt?
Tuesday through Thursday tend to be the most active days. The clock starts at 12:01am Pacific, so a strong morning sets the tone for the whole day. Avoid major holidays and big tech events that will steal attention.
Do I need a hunter?
Not anymore. Self-hunting is allowed and common. A well-known hunter can add a little reach, but your own first comment, your audience, and how you show up in the comments matter far more than who clicks 'hunt'.
Should I ask people to upvote?
